I want a application in which I can

create multiple project

ex illustration

[-] project 1
   requirement
   arhitecture
   design
   test
[-] project 2
   requirement
   arhitecture
   design
   test

create any Uml diagram

Ex illustration

add class diagram add use case add etc.

and many other feature.

In other words, I want an application like eclipse but for software documentation namely requirement, design etc.
